Milestones

Taking a page from the Mozilla Foundation, this page attempts to answer the question, "Where is the x5250 project going?" So I've listed here the x5250 milestones; points in the development of x5250 by which we can say such and such features will work.

So far I've defined two milestones: 0.5 and 1.0. Below are listed the features that each milestone will contain:

Milestone 0.5

Feature complete with tn5250 version 0.16.5.

Milestone 1.0

Top level X windows or dialogs for 5250 "windows".
Cursor progression support.
Continuous field support.
Word wrap field support.
Copy/paste support.
Key remapping.
"Busy" mouse cursor.
All customizable aspects listed in the DESIGN file complete.

Where is x5250 now?

x5250 is currently at version 0.5.1.
